Leave Waste Out Front
Leave your HVAC waste neatly at the front of the property or in the driveway. We’ll come to you and collect it - no need to be onsite.
We Collect
We arrive onsite, load and crush the waste, leaving the site clean and ready to go without wasting time on a tip run.
We Dispose & Confirm
Waste goes to a licensed facility where materials like ductwork, cardboard and metals are sorted and recycled where possible - keeping as much as we can out of landfill.
What We Take. Ductwork, packaging, cardboard, evaporative coolers, pallets, metals, general installation waste.
What We Can't Take. Gas heaters, AC units, liquids and hazardous waste.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard collection covers all waste generated from a typical residential reverse-cycle changeover for one simple flat rate.
This includes:
Up to a 20-outlet gas ducted system(excluding the gas ducted heater unit)
One evaporative cooler and its ductwork
Old ductwork and offcuts
Cardboard, plastics and packaging
Pallets
All other waste associated with the installation
We've capped our standard collection at 20 outlets because the vast majority of residential installations fall within this range. This allows us to offer a simple, transparent flat rate with no hidden fees for most domestic installations.
If your project is larger than a standard residential installation, simply get in touch and we'll provide a tailored solution.
-
We keep our pricing simple and transparent.
Same-Day Collection
$400 + GST(12:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
We collect your HVAC installation waste on the same day your installation is completed.
Next Business Day Collection
$350 + GST(8:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Leave the waste neatly at the front of the property overnight, and we'll collect it the following business day.
Our pricing is designed to provide excellent value when compared to the true cost of managing waste yourself. Once you factor in installer labour, travel time, fuel, vehicle wear and tear, and transfer station fees, many businesses find outsourcing their waste management is the more efficient option.

Every trip to the transfer station takes your installers away from revenue-generating work.
Once you factor in installer labour, travel time, fuel, vehicle wear and tear, and transfer station fees, outsourcing your waste management can often be a smarter and more efficient use of your team's time.
Waste M8 keeps your installers focused on installing heating and cooling systems while we take care of the waste.
-
No problem. We understand installation times can change throughout the day. If you're running behind, simply let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your collection.
-
Yes. We collect and compact evaporative coolers as part of your standard reverse-cycle changeover collection.

By excluding the heater unit, we're able to provide a faster, more efficient and more reliable service while keeping our pricing simple and transparent.
